this Bench is used for the study of process control field from basic to advanced levels. It includes valves, pump, tanks, sensors, and drivers. It consists of an experiment module
(process panel), a control module with built-in power supply (control panel) and a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) This work involves diagnosing and repairing the DL2314PLC automatic process control trainer’s process panel, by verifying each component in the trainer and implementing the appropriate repairs for each component. At the end of this work, we have successfully repaired and enhanced the lifespan of the bench for future experiments.
