This thesis provides the functionality of SMART MODULES SYSTEM 9 FESTech’s training system. It consists of 9 stations for Distribution, Testing, Processing, Indexing, Handling, Buffer, Assembly, Automated Warehouse, and Sorting Station. This work deals with the use of programmable logic controllers« SIEMENS PLC » through the use of software TIA Portal V16, which integrates various products SIMATIC such as Step 7, WinCC, that are used to develop an automation program for The Sorting Station via the S7 1200 controller. Additionally, an HMI (Human-Machine Interface) has been designed on a PC. This interface allows to efficiently monitor and control The Sorting Station.
