    ETUDE DES PROBLEMES DE L’ENDOMMAGEMENT DE L’ECHANGEUR 101 E04
(ECOLE NATIONALE SUPERIEURE DES MINES ET DE LA METALLURGIE, 2016) HADFI Khouloud; CHADLI Hacene (Encadrant)
The equipment we chose to study is a heat exchanger bundle and grille types. Its role is cooling naphtha B treated flowing through the tubes before arriving at the storage tank S-26. This brief will focus on the problems of the performance of the reforming unit 02 or is the equipment. The purpose of this study is to expand the knowledge base on damage affecting heat exchangers. For this, in both Chapter II and III, have been addressed notions about heat exchangers and corrosion associated with these types of facilities. First, we discuss the device of the heat exchanger, its operating principle and the different existing heat exchangers. We then detail the corrosion phenomenon and include various undesirable aspects of this phenomenon for a heat exchanger, which brings us to the importance of detecting corrosion in exchangers. This theoretical study is reinforced by an experimental part conducted in the laboratories of ENSMM. Substantially all of the experimental part given to the material is steel A179 (ASTM) B111 cupronickel (ASTM).
