Item Quality control and comparative study of the formulation process of two drugs: Paralgan® 500 mg and Doliprane® 500 mg(National Higher School of Technology and Engineering-Annaba, 2025) BENNAMANE Kenza; DHAOUI Nabila (Encadrant)The aim of this work is a comprehensive study of a generic drug Paralgan®500mg produced by the Algerian pharmaceutical group SAIDAL DAR EL BEIDA.The study covers the various stages in the manufacture of this drug resulting in a pharmaceutical product complying with international standards, and the monitoring of various techniques for validating dosing methods. The results obtained from the physico-chemical analysis of the active ingredient (Paracetamol) comply with recommended standards. A quality comparison between this generic drug and its original drug (Doliprane®500mg) manufactured by the French pharmaceutical group SANOFI clearly shows their equivalence and compliance with international standards. Analysis of accelerated and long-term stability data under various storage conditions (temperature, humidity, light) will provide a better understanding of the factors influencing product durability, and enable us to optimize storage conditions.Item Study and assessment of the ‘gas washing’ operation at the Fertial Annaba NPK fertilizer production unit(National Higher School of Technology and Engineering-Annaba, 2025) BENNAMANE Kenza; DHAOUI Nabila (Encadrant)The NPK fertilizer production unit at the Fertial-Annaba complex emits gaseous discharges into the atmosphere, contributing to air pollution. Our focus is on understanding the gas scrubbing process in this unit, where seawater is used as a liquid to absorb pollutants before being released back into the sea. The degree of pollution of these waters is determined by analyzing various parameters (temperature, pH, suspended matters (SM), fluoride, Kjeldahl nitrogen and ammonium ions, oils and greases, biochemical oxygen demand (BOD5), chemical oxygen demand (COD). The results indicate that gaseous discharges do not pose a problem in terms of atmospheric pollution, whereas monitoring the degree of pollution of liquid discharges indicates that they require rigorous treatment before discharge. Improved liquid effluent treatment is based on technical and operational solutions
