This report focuses on the design and implementation of an HMI program for the FESTECH SMS Station 2 testing system. The FESTECH SMS Station 2 is a smart module system that detects the material of a workpiece and either ejects it with a solenoid actuator or transfers it to the next station. The system includes components such as a conveyor belt unit, control relay, control switch module, and tower lamp module.
